This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Islamabad. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence across B2B and B2C sectors by identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and developing data-driven sales strategies. Accountabilities
- Research market trends, identify client opportunities, develop strategic plans for business growth in both B2B and B2C sectors, and delegate them to the sales team.
- Expand client base and achieve sales targets.
- Analyze and enhance the customized interaction plans prepared by the sales team based on the KYCs (Know Your Customer).
- Develop & implement a customer-focused approach in the sales team to build long-lasting relationships with clients by providing the most suitable, agile, and turnkey solutions to their problems.
- Coordinate proposal preparation, negotiation, and internal collaboration to close sales.
- Provide accurate forecasts of prospective client conversion funnels by analyzing data and client feedback.
- Ensure legal compliance, mitigate risks, and report on business activities.
- Hire the right talent for the department.
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills through training.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any domain.
- 4y+ prior experience in business development including BDM position.
- Experience in US, UK, &/or EU markets.
- Experience in cold calling and using email to connect with clients.
- Proficiency in English language, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates 95-100% success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
- Proven record of creating strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to clients.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in contracts and agreements.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
