Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development & Pre-sales Executive to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify potential leads within the target market.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new business leads.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate US Packaging Inc. value proposition and solutions.
- Partner with the technical team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to proposal submission and negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of US Packaging Inc. services and competitive landscape.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the overall sales plan.
- Follow up customers calls handle customers concerns inquires manage Accounts
- Visiting clients and customers , calling, texting and performing verbal non verbal communication through out the entire sales cycles to effective close deals
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong understanding of the IT services industry and current market trends.
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients at all levels.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using sales automation tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
