Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire bid process, ensuring a high level of excellence and securing new business opportunities. This role requires outstanding communication skills, the ability to grasp and articulate technical concepts, and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both proactive and reactive leads, identifying and targeting prospects in the USA, UK, Australia, Europe, and Canada markets using a variety of digital techniques.
- Ensure client satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding delivery and service quality standards.
- Draft and write compelling content, emails, and proposals for projects.
- Secure new projects through bidding, client communication, proposal submission, and securing permanent contracts.
- Analyze client requirements and develop appropriate bidding strategies.
- Accurately estimate project costs based on gathered requirements.
- Submit completed bids to clients on time and within budget.
- Set up and maintain portfolios on various online platforms to acquire projects.
- Facilitate all interpersonal communication with clients and manage interactions efficiently.
- Follow up diligently with potential and existing clients to ensure project acquisition and client retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to pitch effectively to international clients through video/audio calls.
- Proven experience in acquiring projects and building a client base.
- Excellent follow-up skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong time management and planning skills to meet deadlines and targets.
- Experience in managing the bid process and client interactions for Web Design & Development, UI/UX Design, Mobile Application Development, and E-commerce solutions projects.
