We are looking for a driven Business Development/Lead Generation Specialist to help expand our client base. In this role, you’ll work directly with potential clients, translating their business needs into actionable tech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients needing software development, app development, ERP, or blockchain solutions.
- Qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking.
- Develop and present tailored proposals by understanding both business requirements and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with the tech team to ensure accurate project scoping and pricing.
- Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or lead generation, ideally in software or IT services.
- Technical understanding of software development processes to effectively translate client needs into technical requirements.
- Proven track record of generating leads in tech-related services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, especially with decision-makers like CTOs or IT Directors.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and tech stacks.
