Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at DigiTales located in Lahore with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and driving sales and revenue for the company. The role will involve collaborating with the marketing and development teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and meeting business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out and generate new business opportunities through online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other relevant marketplaces.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and convert potential clients into long-term partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure,
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our agency's capabilities and value proposition.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the digital agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
