We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Illustra Solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing growth strategies, and driving sales without the need for internal support. The main focus of this role is to bring in new clients, projects, and increase our presence across multiple platforms to achieve measurable sales outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Independently identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure continuous sales.
• Create and implement a comprehensive plan to increase brand presence across different platforms.
• Meet and exceed sales targets with minimal supervision or internal involvement.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.
• Work towards increasing the company’s revenue and market share consistently.
• Deliver regular reports to track performance, opportunities, and results.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles.
• Strong background in building and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online business growth strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
