Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our business in the USA market, identifying new sales opportunities, and building long-term client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to generating leads and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients in the USA market using various channels including LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to tap into the USA market effectively.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Pitch and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals, conduct virtual presentations, and lead client meetings to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Handle negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. Successfully close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and delivery teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. Provide updates on sales activities and pipeline status to senior management.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, or in a similar role, specifically targeting the USA market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an international market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to work during USA business hours (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM PKT).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
