Job Description

About the Role: Dewon Studio is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Remote Business Development Manager for a 2-month contract. In this commission-based role, you will earn 30% of the total value of each project you bring to the company. There is no basic salary, offering significant earning potential for the right individual.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue.
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Actively seek and secure design and development projects for the company.
  • Negotiate project terms and close sales effectively.
  • Work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Collaborate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

 

Skills and Requirements:

  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to engage with clients professionally.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and pricing to secure profitable deals.
  • Self-Motivation: A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and working independently.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients effectively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with design, branding, and development services is a plus.
  • Tech Proficiency: Competence in using online platforms for communication, CRM tools, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
