Business Development Manager

Job Description

mParsec offers Software related services (Software Development, DevOps, Automation Testing, Blockchain/IoT/ Machine Learning). We are looking for Business Development Manager who could get B2B (software development/DevOps/Automation Testing) from personal references and direct marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation that results in sales through online platform and other channels
  • Writing Proposals
  • Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
  • Daily communication with clients
  • Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client.
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
  • Meet monthly quota of projects

Skills Required:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Software Services and Products Sales
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Proactive in embracing new challenges
  • Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated
  • Having prior experience of sales
  • Effective team player but must be able to manage work independently
