Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our IT company. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close sales agreements
- Monitor and report on sales performance against targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Attend conferences and industry events to promote the company and its products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/IT
- 3-4 years of experience in business development
- Strong knowledge of IT products and services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Strong customer relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
