Business Development Manager

Job Description

Genisys Solution LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us win new clients for our software and web development services.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling/emailing
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads
  • Collaborate with our team to create proposals and presentations that meet clients' needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of sales success in the software and web development industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
