Genisys Solution LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team and help us win new clients for our software and web development services.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling/emailing
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Build and manage a pipeline of sales leads
- Collaborate with our team to create proposals and presentations that meet clients' needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in the software and web development industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
- Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
