We are looking for Business Development Managers who will be responsible for working with senior management in creating sales strategies based on market research and data. Responsible for retaining current customers as well as developing and attracting new customers. Responsible for learning and selling current products and new products, keeping abreast of new technologies, recommending/sharing changes and trends seen in the field, and meeting sales goals in targeted markets.

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to showcase the benefits of our services.
• Collaborate with our team to create customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
• Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue projections.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and continuously enhance your knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Business Developer or a similar role in the digital marketing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and tools.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
