Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients, developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for creating and presenting proposals and reports.

- Experience in the software development or technology consulting industry
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Exceptional proficiency in English for clear communication
- Experience with developing and implementing strategic growth plans
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Master's degree in Business Administration is a plus
- Familiarity with North American business practices and ability to work within the corresponding time zone
