Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and targeting new clients, developing marketing strategies, creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. The BDM needs to lead in developing new business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
We need a healthcare industry professional who will be responsible for the growth of sales on different platforms like cold calls, marketing emails, LinkedIn, Upwork, and any others as required. The BDM will be responsible for preparing and submitting proposals for the relevant jobs.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Experience in online and B2B sales
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual
- Solid understanding of the healthcare industry, specifically medical billing
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools, CRM software, and marketing automation tools is a plus
- Experience working in the medical billing industry is a plus
- Hands-on experience on Upwork would be preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies by analyzing new-venture integration
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Must have worked on different Freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr
- Have worked on Proposals on Freelance sites and know how to get a Bid on the first page
- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers, and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Research prospective accounts in targeted markets, peruse leads and follow through with a successful agreement
- Have a strong understanding of company products, competition in the market, and posting
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select deals in line with strategies, and facilitate pitch logistics
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
