We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing software house. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive company growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and clients.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Actively participate in bidding on projects at freelance marketplaces.
- Lead and mentor the business development team.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Engage consistently in business development activities, converting leads into long-term partnerships and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (1-2 years).
- Strong understanding of the software development industry.
