A US-based IT Solutions Company is looking for Business Development Officer.

Role Overview:

A Business Development Officer would identify and cultivate business opportunities to meet sales targets. He/she works to build relationships with potential and existing clients, and may also be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals.

Job description:

  • Identify and target potential clients through calls and emails.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of IT-related solutions.
  • Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, and generate new business leads.
  • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.
