Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong communication skills, and have a proven track record of driving business growth. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to create customized solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Utilize online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, etc., to identify and engage with potential clients and projects.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to ensure win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with online freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus.
