Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Strategic Planning: Support the development and implementation of business development strategies that align with ForunPoint's goals to expand our market presence in the food and gift delivery industry.
- Conduct Market Research: Perform market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth, including exploring new markets, partnerships, and customer segments.
- Support Partnership Development: Assist in identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with restaurants, gift shops, and other relevant businesses to expand our service offerings.
- Sales Support: Aid in sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities, contributing to contract negotiations, and assisting in closing deals to help achieve revenue targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Help build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Restaurant Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new restaurant partners, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into our platform and understand our service requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and customer service, to ensure the seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the food, hospitality, or delivery service industries.
- Understanding of market dynamics and customer needs in the food and gift delivery sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and support business growth initiatives.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
