Job Description
The Business Development Officer (BDO) will play a key role in driving growth for WAJ Digital LLC by identifying and securing new business opportunities, particularly focusing on businesses in, fashion, home decor, and beauty. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, a deep understanding of Pinterest, and a proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in the digital marketing sector. You will be responsible for expanding our client base and supporting the growth of our Digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and networking, focusing on those who currently utilize other social media channels but lack a Pinterest marketing strategy.
- Client Outreach: Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, including cold calls, emails, and social media messaging, to engage potential clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that communicate WAJ Digital LLC’s unique value in Pinterest SEO and digital marketing.
- Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to position WAJ Digital LLC as a leader in the Pinterest SEO and digital marketing space.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and SEO teams to align sales efforts with current marketing strategies and client offerings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights on performance, client acquisition, and growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not required with relevant experience).
- Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the digital marketing or SEO industry.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
