As a Business Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through strategic client acquisition and partnership development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of clients across industries and contribute to the agency’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Identify and approach potential clients in relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.
- Develop customized proposals and pitch strategies aligned with client needs.
2. Market Research and Opportunity Identification
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential target segments.
- Monitor competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
3. Partnership Development
- Forge partnerships with brands interested in long-term collaboration, targeting 6 brands by March 2025.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on co-branded initiatives that benefit both parties.
4. Revenue Growth and Forecasting
- Set revenue goals and forecast potential earnings in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to client acquisition and revenue growth.
Initial Targets and Metrics:
1. Client Acquisition Goal
- Secure 4 new clients per month to support the agency’s growth.
2. Long-Term Partnerships
- Onboard 6 brands for extended partnerships by March 2025.
3. Total Brands Worked With
- Contribute to achieving a cumulative total of 30 brands for a diversified portfolio.
4. Performance Metrics
- Track conversion rates and quarterly revenue growth to assess the effectiveness of outreach and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates/Interns or Experienced Candidates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and building relationships.
