Business Development Representative

Job Description

Responsibilities:

⦿ Develop and execute strategies to identify and generate qualified leads.

⦿ Prospect potential clients through outbound calling, email outreach, and leverage of freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

⦿ Qualify leads and understand their needs to determine product/service fit.

⦿ Build strong relationships with potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.

⦿ Schedule appointments and demonstrations for the sales team.

⦿ Assist in crafting compelling sales proposals and presentations.

⦿ Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales quotas.

⦿ Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

⦿ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Intermediate or Above
  • Minimum of 1 Year of experience in business development or a related sales role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A working knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
