Job Description

Responsibilities

 

  • Review, assess, and optimize the generated leads & KYCs aligned with the funneling strategy.
  • Qualify and initiate contact with potential leads in both B2B and B2C sectors through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Employ a customer-focused approach and follow the customized interaction plan to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Facilitate meetings and appointments with prospects.
  • Update CRM for a steady flow of qualified leads.
  • Track and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Deliver regular reports on KPIs and lead generation effectiveness.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions.

 

Qualifications

 

Must have:

  • An intermediate or bachelor's degree, 1y+ prior experience in sales roles within the IT industry.
  • Experience in US, UK, &/or EU markets.
  • Proficiency in English language, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in cold calling and using email to connect with clients.
  • Essential to showcase a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals for business growth.
  • The ability to build and maintain relationships to establish rapport with potential clients and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Ability to identify and address customer needs and challenges, offering solutions aligned with the company's products or services.

Preferable:

  • Basic knowledge of IT concepts and terminology is beneficial for understanding and articulating the value of the company's products or services.
