Are you an energetic self-starter with a knack for identifying influencers and key decision-makers within accounts? We're seeking someone who can respond to targeted outbound prospects, build rapport, and establish long-term relationships.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales
- Stable and fast internet connection, office equipment (laptop), and a dedicated workstation
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to thrive in a competitive, goal-driven environment
- Self-starter who can positively contribute to a friendly, start-up environment
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce.com experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a sales pipeline through strategic account mapping, cold calling, and emailing
- Qualify prospects based on their needs, goals, and business environment
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and stay up-to-date with industry trends
- Collaborate with clients to refine sales strategies and qualify sales leads
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce.com)
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
