𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: Market Competitive
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bachelor’s degree or above.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1+ year in a similar role.
𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: Proficiency in English is required.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
The Lead Business Development Representative will manage and guide the team to make sure the prospecting process runs smoothly and that the team follows the right steps to meet business goals.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1- Lead and manage a team of business development representatives.
2- Help the team improve their skills.
3- Help with hiring new team members.
4- Communicate regularly with the Procurement Department.
5- Make sure the team follows company rules, procedures, and deadlines.
6- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and advice.

𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐬:
1- Lead and coach the team every day.
2- Help the team meet their goals.
3- Track and review the team’s performance.
4- Make sure team activities are up to date in the system.
5- Follow and apply company procurement rules.
6- Help team members grow and learn.
7- Manage and track the team’s work.
8- Ensure the quality of the team’s work.
9- Communicate with other departments to stay on track.
