๐„๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž: 1+ year in a similar role.
๐‹๐š๐ง๐ ๐ฎ๐š๐ ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐จ๐Ÿ๐ข๐œ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ฒ: Proficiency in English is required.

The Lead Business Development Representative will manage and guide the team to make sure the prospecting process runs smoothly and that the team follows the right steps to meet business goals.

๐Š๐ž๐ฒ ๐‘๐ž๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐›๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐ž๐ฌ:
1- Lead and manage a team of business development representatives.
2- Help the team improve their skills.
3- Help with hiring new team members.
4- Communicate regularly with the Procurement Department.
5- Make sure the team follows company rules, procedures, and deadlines.
6- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and advice.

๐ƒ๐š๐ข๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐“๐š๐ฌ๐ค๐ฌ:
1- Lead and coach the team every day.
2- Help the team meet their goals.
3- Track and review the teamโ€™s performance.
4- Make sure team activities are up to date in the system.
5- Follow and apply company procurement rules.
6- Help team members grow and learn.
7- Manage and track the teamโ€™s work.
8- Ensure the quality of the teamโ€™s work.
9- Communicate with other departments to stay on track.
