We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cold calling AIL agencies, introducing our appointment-setting services, and building long-term relationships with them. Key Responsibilities:
Cold call American Income Life agencies to pitch our appointment-setting services.
Identify decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
Understand client needs and explain how our services can benefit their business.
Maintain and update lead databases and track outreach efforts.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and appointment targets.
Collaborate with the appointment booking team to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
