Business Development Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Agent to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for cold calling AIL agencies, introducing our appointment-setting services, and building long-term relationships with them. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals, we’d love to hear from you!

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold call American Income Life agencies to pitch our appointment-setting services.
  • Identify decision-makers and build strong client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and explain how our services can benefit their business.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and track outreach efforts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and appointment targets.
  • Collaborate with the appointment booking team to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confidence in cold calling and handling objections.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
