Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make
cold calls
throughout the day to set up meetings/discovery calls with potential prospects.
Utilize
LinkedIn for prospecting, outreach, and engagement
with key decision-makers.
Research and identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
Build conversations naturally without relying on rigid scripts.
Qualify leads based on company criteria and schedule appointments for senior sales teams.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline using
CRM tools
(e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and best practices in
IT sales and business development
.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
Prior experience in
business development or sales in the IT industry
.
Proven ability to conduct
cold calling and outbound sales prospecting
.
Strong experience in using
LinkedIn for outreach, networking, and lead generation
.
Understanding of
prospecting techniques, lead generation, and the sales cycle
.
Experience using
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales prospecting software.
Strong
research and analytical skills
to identify potential clients.
Excellent communication skills—confident in engaging prospects without a script.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to handle rejection with resilience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a sales team.
Must be willing to work US working hours.
