Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team full-time at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully bidding for and winning projects on Upwork. The primary focus will be securing profitable opportunities to expand our client base and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement bidding strategies on Upwork to win new projects.
- Achieve monthly targets for both the number of won projects and total revenue generated.
- Get on calls with clients to discuss project details and finalize proposals.
- Maintain high levels of communication with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with the project management and technical teams to ensure proposals are feasible and aligned with company capabilities.
- Analyze market trends and client requirements to tailor bids accordingly.
- Monitor and respond to client feedback on Upwork to improve proposal strategies.
- Manage multiple bids/projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, with a documented track record of securing projects.
- Strong understanding of the IT and software development industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
