Business Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue through the sale of professional services, including custom software development, mobile and web-app development (including WordPress, BuddyPress, Joomla), and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose solutions to meet client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery and marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and capabilities

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of success in selling professional services
  • Strong understanding of software development, mobile and web-app development, and staff augmentation services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
