Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and revenue through the sale of professional services, including custom software development, mobile and web-app development (including WordPress, BuddyPress, Joomla), and staff augmentation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in business development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Conduct needs assessments and propose solutions to meet client needs
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including delivery and marketing
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services and capabilities
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of success in selling professional services
- Strong understanding of software development, mobile and web-app development, and staff augmentation services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
