We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by securing new partnerships with healthcare providers.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, including hospitals, physician practices, and other healthcare organizations.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target and acquire new clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within healthcare organizations.
Deliver compelling presentations showcasing the value proposition of our medical billing services.
Negotiate and close contracts with new clients.
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations impacting medical billing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A deep understanding of the medical billing industry and revenue cycle management (a plus).
