Business Development Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in business development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored marketing solutions.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Use this information to inform business development strategies.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent Grey Circles Communication and establish connections with key stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, and sales, within the marketing/advertising industry is a must.
