2. Responsible for conducting broadcaster recruitment and management.
3. Responsible for providing effective training and guidance for recruited broadcasters, as well as monitoring broadcaster development KPIs.
4. Responsible for planning and implementing BIGO's local online events, as well as monitoring event operation KPIs.
