Job Description

Responsibilities

 

Identify and bid on suitable Upwork projects that align with our services and capabilities.

Write effective proposals that showcase our expertise and experience.

Communicate with clients and provide them with the necessary information to make an informed decision.

Negotiate project terms and pricing to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with our team to understand our capabilities and tailor proposals to match the requirements of each project.

Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and customer needs to inform bidding strategies.

Actively involve in training and development activities of new hires and trainees.

Other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

1-2 years of experience in business development, with a focus on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.

Ability to understand technical project requirements and match them with company capabilities.

Strong written and verbal skills for proposal writing and client communication.

Ability to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.

Work with internal teams to align bids with project scope and capabilities.

Skilled in negotiating project terms and pricing for win-win outcomes.
