Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing call center team in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with heads of marketing companies to explore opportunities for customer support services, digital marketing solutions, and potential joint ventures. You will also be tasked with driving business growth by identifying and converting new project opportunities, particularly in US-based campaigns, through LinkedIn and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with marketing company heads to present our customer support services and digital marketing solutions.
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities with potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients to explore joint ventures and long-term partnerships.
- Leverage LinkedIn and cold calling to identify new prospects and generate leads for US-based campaigns.
- Work closely with the sales team to close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to the overall business growth and expansion strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the BPO & digital marketing industry.
- Strong project hunting skills, particularly for US campaigns.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold calling techniques.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for success.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
