We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our client base by reaching out to healthcare providers and presenting our comprehensive RCM services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect & Outreach: Identify and contact potential clients (healthcare providers) through calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Present our RCM solutions effectively, emphasizing the value and benefits tailored to each client’s needs.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized proposals and service presentations for prospective clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and provide regular progress reports to management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in the healthcare or RCM industry.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Networking Ability: Strong interpersonal skills to connect with healthcare providers and decision-makers.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, digital marketing, or healthcare-related tools is a plus.
