Job Description

As a Cold Caller for Ravon, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about our products, and generating interest in our offerings. You will initiate conversations, qualify leads, and drive sales opportunities. This position requires a confident, friendly, and persuasive communicator who can engage prospects effectively, both face-to-face and over the phone, in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers to introduce our e-commerce platform and products.
  • Identify and qualify leads based on customer needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Present the benefits and value of our products to prospects in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Follow up on leads, ensuring proper documentation and tracking within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from cold call to sales conversion.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team targets for calls made, leads generated, and sales opportunities.
  • Provide timely feedback on customer responses and suggest improvements to sales tactics.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude when facing rejection or objections.
