  • Strategy Development: Create and execute a structured approach to winning projects on Upwork and Freelancer.com.
  • Bidding & Proposal Writing: Identify relevant projects, craft high-converting proposals, and submit a set number of bids daily.
  • Client Communication: Manage client interactions, handle discovery calls, and close deals.
  • Performance Tracking: Provide daily reports on bids submitted, responses received, and deals closed.
  • Profile Optimization: Improve our freelancer profiles for higher visibility and credibility.

Compensation & Growth
