Cplus soft is looking for a Business Development Executive/Upwork Bidder for an on-site position for generating business in Apps & Web Development, Web & Graphics Designing, Digital & Social Media Marketing & SEO. Applicant must have Bidding & Sales generation experience with below mentioned main responsibilities the candidate should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Candidates have working experience of a minimum of 5 to 8 years on Upwork.
- Sales generation using Online platforms especially Upwork. Bidding on Upwork on daily basis and acquiring projects and converting those projects into long-term sales.
- Create a Business Proposal, quotations, and other relevant documents required by the client.
Job Description
- English Communication & proposal writing skills against various Bids.
- Analyze Client requirements with/without higher management & write proposals.
- Setup/Manage Accounts/Portfolio with Online Platforms like UpWork.
- Must have experience with Software Company & related domains.
- Lead generation to Sales Life Cycle Knowledge & management skills.
- Manage Data using Softwares like MS Office, Any CRM, Any Contacts Management, Email Tool, etc.
- Preparing and estimating quotations for Clients and Companies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Upwork
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Ideally.
- Strong Follow-up skills and self-motivated.
- Communication and Negotiation skills
