Business Development Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, conduct outreach and set up meetings
  • Promote the company's services, highlighting their benefits and unique value proposition
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights and recommendations to the team on new business opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities, including progress towards revenue targets, new business opportunities identified, and relationships developed

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in business development, sales or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of Upwork, Sales Navigator, Email Marketing & other tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
