About the role

· Develop regional and local partnerships with recruitment targets, and provide guidance on expected market and client services growth;

 

· Provide consulting services for overseas study in accordance with the standard service procedures with business partners;

· Actively manage and coordinate the relationships between business partners and clients related to the applications;

· Work with Partnerships team members to identify business development opportunities with client institutions;

 

· Student Pipeline Management -Supervising the overall progress of student pipeline, ensuring the pipeline is clear of any inactive students, identifying any significant trends early in the Cycle to be able to capitalize on positive trends or fix issues, if any.

· Portfolio Management (Recruiters) -Identify Recruitment Partner growth opportunities and risk profile, the primary point of contact for all Key Recruitment Partners for Sales, provide prompt and clear responses to maximize the business opportunity

· Support internal teams in ensuring the smooth delivery of services;

 

· Serve as a point of contact as product expert in the region.

 

Job Requirements

· Excellent oral and written communication skills;

· In-depth understanding of the international education industry markets;

· Proven capability in developing and executing operational and sales strategies and activities;

· Results orientated with a proven record of successfully meeting annual sales targets;

· At least 2-year work experience in international education area;

· Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry
