Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Upwork Profile Lead Generation and Bidder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and actively bidding on Upwork projects to secure new business opportunities for our IT firm.

Responsibilities:

Create and optimize an engaging Upwork profile that showcases our IT firm's strengths, expertise, and portfolio.

Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and relevant projects on Upwork.

Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and generate qualified leads.

Actively monitor Upwork projects and submit compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Collaborate with our internal team to understand project requirements and prepare accurate and competitive bids.

Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and client needs to craft targeted proposals.

Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and providing necessary information to convert leads into projects.

Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Upwork Profile Lead Generation and Bidder or similar role within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, best practices, and bidding strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional approach.

In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including software development, web design, content writing, digital marketing, etc.
