Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Business Developer & Sales Head with a knack for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to drive lead generation. The ideal candidate will be adept at using technology to identify potential leads, coupled with the interpersonal skills to nurture and mature these leads through direct communication. This role is pivotal in targeting small to medium-sized enterprises

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Driven Lead Generation: Utilize advanced AI tools to identify and generate high-quality leads targeting SMEs.

 

  • Lead Nurturing: Engage with potential clients through calls, understanding their needs, and positioning its solutions effectively.

 

  • Excel Mastery: Efficiently manage, track, and analyze lead data using Excel, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team.

 

  • Stay Updated: Continuously update knowledge on the latest AI tools and technologies in the lead generation space, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in lead generation, preferably in the marketing domain.
  • Proven expertise in using AI tools for lead generation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
