Responsibilities:
- Own the entire proposal process: identify customer needs, develop win themes, and produce complete proposals
- Manage sales pipeline
- Assess the competitive landscape and track key market trends and developments
- Provide administrative support as well as excellent customer service and smooth communications
- Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in business development
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant
- Strong negotiation skills
- Must have experience with Upwork
- Excellent Writing Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
