Research and identify TeknoFlair's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across various engaging platforms. Prioritize quality over quantity by qualifying leads through diversified channels, including email, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Elevate the Lead Qualifying Process, focusing on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Client-Centric Approach: Adopt a client-centric approach by actively listening, understanding client pain points, and offering valuable insights.
- Relationship Building: Nurture relationships by demonstrating a helping attitude, ensuring client satisfaction before moving towards the closing phase.
- Appointment Setting: Qualify leads, schedule appointments with management, and seamlessly transition from client understanding to the closing stage.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Develop, maintain, and nurture the sales pipeline, providing regular reports to management.
- High Ticket Deals: Showcase a proven strong ability to close high-ticket deals with a client-first mentality across Facebook, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms.
