- Stay updated on freelance platform trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.

 

4. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with freelancers to enhance service offerings.

- Facilitate communication between our team and freelancers.

 

5. Metrics and Reporting:

- Establish and report on platform-specific KPIs.

- Analyze data to optimize strategies for better outcomes.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

- Proven business development experience, especially on freelance platforms.

- Strong understanding of Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces.

- Excellent communication skills.
