The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience working on major freelance platforms specifically Bark, Upwork, and LinkedIn, with a proven track record of fostering relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth on LinkedIn and freelance platforms, including Bark, and Upwork.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the realms of QA automation, software development, website development, and cybersecurity.
- Manage and optimize our profiles on various freelance platforms, ensuring our offerings are effectively presented.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and craft compelling proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, maintaining the balance between client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Keep up to date with the industry trends and competitor strategies to inform business development tactics.
- Provide regular reports and insights on platform performance and business development progress.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, particularly on freelance platforms like Bark, Upwork, and LinkedIn.
- Candidate must have a strong understanding of the software industry, particularly in QA automation, software development, and cybersecurity.
