Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for individuals who have a knack for lead generation and nurturing, and are looking to make a significant impact in a growing company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate potential leads through various channels, adapting strategies to suit the USA market.

 

- Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and aligning our services to meet those needs.

- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development.

- Strong understanding of the USA market.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

- Comfortable working in a remote setting.

 

Compensation:

 

- This is a commission-based role with a 3-month probationary period.

- Exceptional performance in the first month may lead to a transition to a base salary in addition to commission.
