We're in search of an experienced Upwork bidder specializing in lead generation and profile optimization. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of securing projects and enhancing profiles on Upwork to attract potential clients effectively.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and projects on Upwork.
  • Craft compelling bids and proposals tailored to each project for higher bid success rates.
  • Optimize Upwork profiles to boost visibility, credibility, and appeal to potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for lead generation and profile optimization.
  • Stay updated on Upwork policies, trends, and best practices for effective bidding and profile management.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder with a successful project track record.
  • Strong knowledge of Upwork-specific lead generation techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to write persuasive, customized proposals.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Upwork platform features, tools, and policies.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience in optimizing Upwork profiles for maximum impact.
  • Experience 6 Months - 1 Year will Prefered (Freshies can also apply)
