Business Operations Lead

Job Description

The Business Operations Lead will be instrumental in streamlining processes, managing resources, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. This role demands strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

* Collaborate with CEO and CoS in streamlining company-wide operations

* Respond to chargebacks and refund requests in a timely manner

* Conduct initial screening calls with potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the company culture

* Collaborate with CEO to schedule interviews and manage candidate communications

* Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and events, optimizing schedules for efficiency

* Prepare agendas and take minutes to ensure all action items are tracked and addressed

* Draft, review, and distribute offer letters to selected candidates

* Oversee the procurement and maintenance of office equipment, including laptops, mobile phones, SIM cards, and other essential tools

* Lead end-to-end merchant technical integrations

* Collaborate with the marketing team to manage design posters and banners

* Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

* Audit customer support interactions, including chats and calls, to identify areas for improvement

* Develop strategies to enhance the customer support experience and train team members accordingly

* Utilize operational software to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management review

* Prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and provide necessary training on company policies and procedures

* Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement best practices to enhance productivity and efficiency

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes

 

Requirements:

 

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

* 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative roles.

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to prioritize effectively.

* Sense of urgency

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Experience in operations coordination, management, and strategy design skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management software.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
