The Business Systems Analyst - SCM is responsible for supporting all of the system and process needs of specific user groups within Zones, such as Sales, Ecommerce, Procurement, Logistics, etc. The position focuses on developing a complete understanding of the end-users’ business needs and designing system solutions to effectively support those business processes. The BSA serves as the primary liaison between the business users and the development teams.
