Key Responsibilities:

·        Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Stay updated on industry developments to make informed decisions.

·        Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.

·        Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, including market penetration, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

·        Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.

·        Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, creating sales forecasts, and monitoring progress.

·        Proposal and Presentation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' needs and how our solutions meet them.

·        Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and closing deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

·        Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

·        Reporting and Analysis: Regularly analyze sales and market data, prepare reports, and present findings to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for strategic decision-making.

·        Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Education:

  • Master degree in business management or a related field.

Work Experience:

·        At least 7+ years’ experience in Sales Development with a well reputed organization.

Skills – Job Specific:

  • To work independently and manage the whole department.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to use ERP and other business related softwares.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of exports/imports regulations and International markets.
