· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction.
· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies, including market penetration, product positioning, and pricing strategies.
· Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve individual and team targets.
· Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by setting and achieving sales targets, creating sales forecasts, and monitoring progress.
· Proposal and Presentation: Develop compelling proposals and presentations to win new business, demonstrating a deep understanding of clients' needs and how our solutions meet them.
· Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and closing deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

Work Experience:
